Nicki Minaj is delaying the release of her latest single “Anaconda,” but it’s not because she’s changed her mind about taking revealing photos.
“My darlingz, I’ve pushed the release of Anaconda to next week, Monday 8/4,” she announced in an Instagram post.
“I promise you will understand why before the week is out.”
In the new photo Minaj stands facing forward on a yoga mat wearing what appears to be the same pink bikini — except from a frontal view. The “Starships” singer, 31, took her critics to task for bashing the derriere display — she posted a series of “acceptable” Sports Illustrated swimsuit covers, including with Chrissy Teigen and Kate Upton, apparently making a statement about how her photo is no different than theirs.
The “Super Bass” rapper, 31, accompanied her announcement with a new racy photo three days after her first posting of the single’s cover art — in which she crouches down wearing a barely there pink thong — caused a social media frenzy. Nicki posted art for new track ‘Anaconda’ last week. The photo went viral Thursday and sparked backlash over her racy thong display. Minaj posted art for new track ‘Anaconda’ last week. Hi readers, I was recently watching some videos on You Tube when I came across Matthew Santoro’s channel. He is a really funny guy so if you are interested in watching his videos then click on the link below http://www.youtube.com/user/MatthewSantoro (HIS MAIN CHANNEL). Matt usually releases a new video every Saturday. He really puts a lot of effort into editing his videos so that they can be as entertaining as possible. My two favourite videos by Matt are Wierd Phobias and My Reaction to Hitting 1 MILLION Subscribers . In the second video (Wierd Phobias), Matt makes a very clever joke about the fear of swallowing [phagophobia]. That’s what got me interested in his videos. As I blog this, I have watched all his videos. Santoro, you are one funny person. Hahahahaha.

Amazing how one little piece of fabric can basically bring the Internet (and our lives) to a screeching halt. But it seems like nobody’s been able to focus on work, or life, since Nicki Minaj dropped the butt-baring cover art for her “Anaconda” single on Thursday.Katy Perry loved it. In fact, it sounds like it makes her want to just curl up and have a siesta on that derrière. On Friday morning She tweeted ;
“I wanna take a nap on dat pillow doe @NICKIMINAJ

Her tweet got 12,381 RETWEETS and 16,669 FAVORITES”

Nicki Minaj dropped off some new single artwork for a song called “Anaconda” that is sure to make waves on the internet for the art alone. The YMCMB first lady bares her backside on the art, wearing nothing but a pink thong, a pink bra and blue kicks.
Taking to Instagram and Twitter to reveal the art, she announced that we can expect the song to hit iTunes on July 28th, which is in four days time. The song is off her upcoming album The Pink Print, which has already spawned one hit, “Pills N Potions.” Still no release date for The Pink Print, but I’ll keep you posted. Nicki had been teasing fans on Twitter with a special “surprise” since Wednesday. The Barbz certainly got one July 24 when she shared the super sexy cover art for her newest single, “Anaconda.” Check it out and let me know when you’ve picked your jaw back up from the floor.
“Can somebody please wipe me down? Nicki Minaj’s new “Anaconda” cover art just turned the temperature up to boiling point. The Young Money rapper has been teasing a “surprise” for her Barbz on Twitter since yesterday, and I was expecting a new single, or a snippet of a new single, but somehow just the cover art for a new single managed to top an actual song. Now, this isn’t the first time that we’ve seen Nicki in this rare squat position, but it just seems to get better every time. That poor g-string never had a chance.”
Recently, Nicki talked about how much motivation Young Money boss Lil Wayne had provided her.
“He hasn’t played any role on my album other than saying, you better rap, you better body these beats. We’re actually in the same studio right now, starting from today for a few weeks. My connection with Wayne is so deep that I don’t gotta be on his album and he don’t gotta be on my album for him to always play a role as a mentor in my life.”
Nick was recently accused of making a veiled attack on fellow female rapper Iggy Azalea for not writing her own lyrics. But Minaj knows her Australian counterpart can’t compete with her in one particular area – her extremely shapely figure. The 31-year-old wore an eye-popping crop top on Friday as she performed at the,Philly 4th of July Jam in Philadelphia. The Super Bass rapper displayed her ample décolletage in a plunging leather m and gold crop top that also managed to show off her flat tummy. Staying with the leather theme, she completed her m ensemble with leather trousers, matching gloves, and black strappy stilettos. Nicki donned large gold hoop earrings as her long curly black cascaded in flowing waves over her shoulders. Earlier that day, the hitmaker looked comfortable in a snug peach-coloured ensemble as she rehearsed for the upcoming performance. She pulled the velour hood of her jacket over her black tresses, which were left wild and loose around her shoulders.Her make-up was soft and natural and she accessorised with a very blinged up jewel-encrusted pink microphone.
Earlier this week, she was interpreted as ‘throwing shade’ in her acceptance speech and during Iggy Azalea’s performance at the BET Awards in Los Angeles. As cameras shot to Nicki in the audience she was flicking her hair and pouting at the camera, an act that was interpreted as making fun of Azalea – who is also a model. In her award acceptance speech Nicki also commented on writing her own raps, which was said to be a criticism of the “Work” singer who is rumoured to use a ghostwriter.
“What I want the world to know about Nicki Minaj is when you hear Nicki Minaj spit, Nicki Minaj wrote it,” she said. Then on Wednesday, she took to Twitter claiming there was no on-going feud between her and Azalea. “The media puts words in my mouth all the time and this is no different. I will always take a stance on women writing because I believe in us !,” she wrote to her 17.8 million followers on Twitter. “I believe we’re smart enough to write down our own thoughts and perspective, just like the men do. I’ve been saying this for 5 YEARS. I’ve congratulated Iggy on the success of Fancy, publicly. She should be very proud of that. All the women nominated should b proud.”
